This course covers the emergence of photography as fine
art from 1840 to present. Exploring topics on traditional
methods of photography as well as the role of digital imaging
in contemporary art. Students will be encouraged to create
images that reflect various approaches to modern photography.
Seminars will offer techniques on how to best present photographs
for gallery exhibitions.
